Rocky Mountain Home Staging owns a large array of inventory in a variety of styles to meet your staging needs. The staging for each home is custom designed based on price point, architectural features, size of the rooms and sellers budget to create a carefully curated experience for buyers. We stage multi million dollar luxury homes as well as small condominiums. Each property gets our personal attention to detail to bring out its best selling features.
Based in Boulder, we stage vacant homes primarily in in Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

In addition to home staging, we offer decorating services such as arranging furniture, hanging art or selecting new furnishings. We also assist when remodeling with selecting paint colors. flooring and lighting.
Many find our design services helpful when moving into a new space and determining where to place items before the movers arrive and deciding what may need to be purchased. We can shop for clients who want a beautiful space but lack the time.
We can also assist when downsizing and determining what (and how) cherished items will fit in the new space.
$200 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Consultations for home sellers, realtors or investors looking to maximize selling price and minimize time on market. We discuss how to show each space to maximize value, which updates (if any) make sense based on timeline and budget, necessary repairs, advice on furniture placement, art and accessory placement, paint colors, and more. Call us before you get rid of your furniture! This service is best for occupied homes or if you are making updates to a vacant home or investment property.
$250 for up to 90 minutes
$400 includes a written report
